Parents/Guardians:
This
yearŐs prom will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2010, from 12:30pm until 4:30pm
at the Fleur DŐLis Catering Hall, 870 Cypress Avenue, Ridgewood.
As a
courtesy to our students, I.S. 318 has arranged for a yellow school bus (not
air-conditioned)
to take those students who need transportation to the prom.
If
you would like your child to take the school bus, please check ONLY ONE OF THE
FOLLOWING CHOICES:

1. You want your child to take the
bus from IS 318 to the prom AND return on the bus to IS 318 after the prom.

2. You want your child to take the
bus from IS 318 to the prom BUT NOT RETURN TO IS 318 on the school bus. (You will pick up child)

3. You are arranging your own
transportation TO THE PROM but would like your child TO RETURN TO IS318
ON THE BUS.
If
your child is NOT GOING TO USE THE IS 318 SCHOOL BUS,
DO
NOT RETURN THIS LETTER!!!!!!!!!! Only those students who will be using the school bus for the
prom need to return this letter to Ms. A. Ortiz in room 223 by tomorrow, June
15th.
