Dear Parents/Guardians of 8^th graders,

On Monday, November 21, 2011, we will begin collecting senior dues. The amount of the senior dues is $110.00. This money is used for the cap, gown, tassel, autograph album, senior t-shirt, diploma, graduation program, yearbook, senior prom at Fleur D’Lis Catering Hall in Queens and rental of the auditorium at Brooklyn Technical High School.

We offer the following options for paying the senior dues:

• You may pay the entire amount all at once or
• You may make small partial payments.

Senior dues may be paid in the form of MONEY ORDER OR CASH – NO CHECKS. WE PREFER MONEY ORDERS MADE OUT TO “I.S. 318”. Please write your child’s name, class and date on the Money Order. You will have until March 1, 2012 to pay the total amount of $110.00.

*************IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. PLACE MONEY ORDER or cash IN A SEALED ENVELOPE (re-use an old envelope – let’s save the trees!)

2. WRITE STUDENT’S NAME, CLASS, DATE and AMOUNT ENCLOSED ON THE SEALED ENVELOPE.

3. YOUR CHILD WILL GIVE THIS ENVELOPE TO HIS/HER HOMEROOM TEACHER DURING AM HOMEROOM.

4. A RECEIPT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOUR CHILD BY THE HOMEROOM TEACHER.
